摘要
线性相位比对的方法广泛地被用于频率标准的准确度和长期指标的比对中,这种方法在有条件的情况下也用于频标短期频率稳定度的测量。根据时间(相位)-空间的关系,这种方法还可用于高分辨力的长度及其变化量的测量。对长度变化测量的相位差方法的准确度及分辨力进行了探讨。
Linear Phase comparison method is used widely in the accuracy and long-term specifications measurement of frequency standards, and at a certain condition it can also be used in frequency stability measurement. Based on the relationship between time (phase)-space, the method will be used in high-resolution length and its variation measurement. The accuracy and resolution of phase comparison method in length variation measurement are analyzed.
