不同猪种HMGR基因的组织表达特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 以槐猪和长白猪为材料,采用RT-PCR半定量法对猪3-羟-3-甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶(HMGR)基因组织表达特点进行了研究。结果表明:HMGR基因在肝脏、脂肪和肌肉的表达量存在明显差异,并且肝脏的表达量远远大于其他两个组织的表达量。两个品种的相同组织对比研究发现,HMGR在槐猪肝脏中的表达量高于长白猪,而在肌肉和脂肪组织中的表达量均低于长白猪。此外,对怀孕母猪的13个组织进行表达研究发现,除胃、小肠和子宫组织中未检测到HMGR明显表达外,其余各组织都有不同程度的表达。提示HMGR基因可能是哺乳动物的一种结构表达基因。 The objective of this study was to determine the expression characteristics ot o-nyaroxy-3- methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase (HMGR)in different tissues in Chinese local pig breed and introduced pig breed. The results of the RT-PCR showed that the relative expression of HMGR in liver of Huai pig was higher than expression of Landrace. And the other two tissue expressions in Huai pig was lower than in Landrace, which implies the liver may be the major synthesis site in pigs. In addition, the mRNA of HMGR expression is expressed in all detected tissuesexcept stomach, small intestines, uterus, which implies that HMGR may be a constitutively expressing gene.
