摘要
为了探讨蚯蚓粪减少臭气产生的机理,研究了蚯蚓粪的除臭作用及对家禽粪便中主要产臭气生物的影响。结果表明:与添加灭菌土或灭菌蚯蚓粪组相比,添加30%没有灭菌的蚯蚓粪能有效的减少鸡粪氨气和硫化氢的含量,并对产生臭味的大肠杆菌和变形杆菌有明显的抑制和杀灭作用。
In the present study,were the mechanism of the malodor reducing activity of wormcast investigated through microbiology and theoretund method. Compared with the sterilizing vermicomposting and negative control group, 30% vermicomposting group could remove the ammonium gas and hydrogen sulfide in chicken feces. The vermicompost could inhibit and kill most of the E. coli and Proteus vulgaris which could produce the malodor.
