摘要
指出软件工程的基本特征就是模块化，其核心是多级的模块层次结构和模块的独立性，并对软件模块的价值作了分析。
The paper was pointed out that the basic feature of software engineer is modular programming and it’s core is multistage structure of modules. The author also analysed the value of the software modular programming.
