摘要
目的探讨早期康复护理干预对脑血管意外患者预后的影响。方法将98例脑血管意外患者随机分为对照组及干预组,每组各49例,干预组在对照组治疗及护理的基础上进行早期康复护理干预,并在入院时及6个月时,对2组进行临床神经功能缺损程度评分(clinical nerve function limitation score,CNS)、改良巴氏指数评定表评定进行比较。结果6个月时2组CNS及改良巴氏指数评定表评定结果均有显著差异(p<0.01)。结论早期康复护理干预对脑血管意外患者的预后具有积极作用。
Objective：To probe into the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the prognosis of cerebral vessel accident patients,Method： The cerebral vessel accident patients were at random divided into control group and observation group.Besides the treatment and nursing carried out in the control group,the observaetion group was additionally performed the early rehabilitation nursing.The clinical nerve function limitation scores （CNS）and modified barthel indexes （MBI）when admission to the hospital and 6 months later of two groups were compared.Result：The 6-month-later CNS and MBI of two groups had obvious differences（p〈0.01）.Condusion：The interference of early rehabilitation nursing is significant for the prognosis of patients with cerebral vessel accident.
