摘要
总结了13例喉乳头状瘤患儿气管切开术的护理。包括术前进行针对性的心理护理,做好术前准备及病情观察;术后护理重点保持呼吸道通畅,做好气管套管的护理,仔细观察并发症,加强出院指导。认为做好小儿喉乳头状瘤气管切开术的护理是促进患儿康复的关键。
