根管治疗中不同类型暂封材料的临床应用研究

A Comparison of the Sealability in Root Canal Therapy with Three Temporary Restorations

目的探讨根管治疗过程中暂封材料的封闭性能。方法227例患者的282颗患牙分为3组,分别采用Ceivtron暂封膏、氧化锌丁香油水门汀和牙胶条封闭后观察其封闭性能。结果Ceivtron暂封膏组封闭性能优于其它两组。

Objective The purpose of this study is to compare three temporary restorative materials＇ sealability in root canal therapy. Methods 308 teeth were instrumented and filled with zinc phosphate cement, ceivtron temporary restorative ointment and gutta-percha in routine way. Results The sealability effect of the ceivtron temporary restorative ointment group was better than the other two groups. And there were statisticaly significant differences among the three groups. Conclusion Ceivtron temporary restorative ointment showed good sealability. So that it should be applied for long-term restoration compared with zinc phosphate cement and gutta-percha.
