剪移变换法的精度研究

揭示了“剪移”对被测要素以及相关量的影响；分析了该方法的误差，；给出了用剪移的信息精确计算形位误差值的方法，为剪移变换法在“大角度”情况下应用提供了理论依据。

This paper is revealed the influences of shear on the measured features and the relative quantities.It is analysed the error of the method,given the precise calculating form and position error by using the shearing information,and provided the theory basis for using the method of shear transformation in the circumstance of big angle.
