大兴区部分社区2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂及胰岛素的关系

Relationship between blood glucose,blood lipid and serum insulin with Type 2 diabetes in the community

摘要 目的探讨社区居民2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者空腹及餐后血清胰岛素、c肽水平、糖化血红蛋白与血脂的关系。方法应用免疫发光法测定对照(NC)组106例、T2DM组218例的空腹血清胰岛素(FINS)水平,酶法检测血脂,金标准发光法检测糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)。结果T2DM组的甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)低于NC组,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。T2DM组的TG与血清空腹胰岛素呈正相关(P<0.01),HDL-C与血清空腹胰岛素呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论T2DM患者空腹血清胰岛素水平及糖化血红蛋白水平与脂代谢异常相关,血清空腹胰岛素水平的升高均会引起TG升高和HDL-C降低。 Objective To investigate the relationship between blood glucose,blood lipid and serum in-sulin with Type 2 diabetes (DM2) in the community. Methods 218 patients with DM2 were studied and their fasting levels of blood lipid,fasting and postprandial serum insulin(Ins) ,plasma glucose(PG) were measured. Results ①The levels of fasting TG were significantly increased and HDL remarkably decreased, being compared with normal controls (P〈0.05);②TG,LDL were positively correlated with fasting Ins (P〈0.05 ). Conclusion Patients with DM2 have significant disorder of blood lipid and lipoprotein metabolism, being re-markably correlated with the levels of postprandial PG and fasting Ins.
