磁共振诊断膝关节半月板损伤52例体会

MRI Diagnosis of Meniscus Injury of the Knee Joint of 52 Cases

目的探讨膝关节各度损伤的MRI表现和诊断价值。方法采用ELSCINTMR2．0T超导磁共振扫描仪。结果52例膝关节104个半月板中损伤96个，其中内侧半月板46个，外侧半月板50个：Ⅰ度损伤39个，Ⅱ度损伤40个，Ⅲ度损伤17个。结论MRI能清楚的显示及准确地诊断膝关节半月板各度损伤，SE序列较FSE序列明显，而STIR序列可清晰显示半月板内异常信号及是否延伸至关节面；MRI对半月板损伤的临床处理和预后判断具有重要价值。

Objective To explore the MRI findings and diagnostic value of meniscus injures of the knee joiot. Methods Fifty-two patients with meniscus injure of the knee were examined by MRI,and then the manifestations were retrospectively analyzed. Results 96 meniscal injure of 104 meniscal in 52 patients included 46 medial injury,50 lateral injury.Grade Ⅰ in 59,grade Ⅱ 40,grade Ⅲ in 17.Conclusion MRI can demonstrate a variety of meniscal injury clearly and diagnose the accurantiy.The sequence of SE can be more clear to show lesions then FSE .The sequence of STIR apparently demonstrated abnormai signal of meniscus and differented if meniscus injures extended to the surface of the knee joint.MRl plays an important role in clinical treatment and predicting prognosis.
