The Progress of Survivin

Survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族的一个新成员，广泛地表达于大多数肿瘤组织、人类胚胎发育组织、分泌期子宫内膜、造血干细胞等组织。它与细胞分裂、增殖等功能密切相关，已逐渐成为研究的一大热点。现就Survivin的研究进展作一综述。

Survivin,as a new member of inhibitor of apotosis expresses in many tissues including most tumor tissue, human embryonic develop merit tissue, secretory endometrium,haemopoietic stem cell and so on. It is closely bound up with cell division and cell proliferation,which has been a hot spot in the study ofnowdays.This article just reviews some progress of it.
