摘要
隐匿性HCV感染作为一种特殊的感染形式正逐渐受到重视，此文就隐匿性HCV感染的发生机制、生物学特性及临床特征作了简要概括。
Occult HCV infection has been drawing more and more attention, because of its unique biological characteristics and interaction with human immune system that differ from other forms of HCV infection. This review aims to give an overall introduction of epidemiology, possible genetic mechanism, biological features and clinical features of occult HCV infection.
