大学办学理念的共性研究

A Study on General Character of Idea of Organizing University

卓越的办学理念是一流大学办学成功的关键。世界一流大学发展到今天,其背后是否有作为共同精神内核的办学理念,从探讨世界一流大学的办学理念的历史嬗变方面入手,在概括以西方大学为代表的世界一流大学办学理念的基础上,提出追求真理、不为眼前利益所驱动是世界一流大学共同的精神品质,是大学永恒的价值选择;学术自由、教授治学是现代大学办学理念的根基;以人为本,重视人的因素是大学的基本价值理念;服务社会,指导社会是大学的责任和存在的价值等现代大学办学理念的共性。

The remarkable university idea is the successful key to organize the first-class university. Up to day ,there still are disputes whether the world first-class university has energetic essence of general character behind idea. The article insists the following viewpoint on basis of discussing histori- cal evolution of world first-class university＇s school idea and summarizing first-class western university representative＇s idea： pursuing truth and not submitting to present benefit are common energetic quality and eternal value choice of the world first-class university; academic freedom and running scholarly re- search by professor are foundations of the modem university school idea： humanist and taking human＇s factor first is university＇s basic value idea： servicing for society and instructing society is modern university＇s responsibility and existence value.
