浙江民营企业国际贸易中的文化差异及对策研究

摘要 随着经济全球化趋势的不断加强,浙江民营企业队伍日益壮大,逐步成为浙江企业国际化进程中的生力军,而客观存在的中外文化差异又使浙江民营企业不断遭遇国际贸易摩擦。浙江民营企业要在跨文化国际贸易中占据有利地位,不仅需要识别多元文化差异,加强多元文化间的有效沟通和相互尊重,积极寻求多元文化间的相互融合,更需要发掘和利用浙江本土优秀文化,发挥文化比较优势,增强企业国际竞争力。 With the increasing development of economical globalization, the procession of the Zhejiang civilian-run enterprises is expanding increasingly, They are gradually becoming a new force in international trade, but the problems cropping up in their overseas development deserve our attention. The cultural difference has become the deep-seated reason in trade friction and conflicts. Zhejiang civilian-run enterprises that want to obtain the competitive advantage in cross-cultural international trade need to identify pluralistic cultural differences, obtain the cross-cultural superiority by converging different cultures, and develop the national outstanding culture to obtain cultural comparative advantages in international trade.
