关于发展我国民营企业债券融资的若干思考

Reflections on Developing the Bond Financing of Civilian-run Enterprises in China

改革开放以来,民营经济和民营企业的蓬勃发展极大地推动了我国国民经济的发展,但受制于金融体制改革的相对滞后,民营企业的进一步发展遭遇融资瓶颈的制约,因此需要积极拓宽民营企业的融资渠道,发展民营企业债券融资。笔者在阐述企业债券融资比较优势的基础上,分析了制约我国民营企业债券融资发展的主要因素,并提出了发展民营企业债券融资的基本思路。

Since the reform and open-up in China, the vigorous development of civilian-run economy and civilian-run enterprises have greatly promoted the development of onr national economy. But as the reform of the financial system is relatively lagging behind, the further development of civilian-run enterprises is restricted by the financing bottleneck. This being the case, it is imperative to expand the financing channel and develop bond financing of civilian-run enterprises. Based on the expatriation on comparative advantages of bond financing of enterprises, this paper analyses the main factors that restrict the development of bond financing of onr civilian-run enterprises and presents fundamental ideas for the development of bond financing of civilian-run enterprises.
