吉林油田深层气井封堵工艺浅析 被引量:1

摘要 吉林油田深层气井由于地层压力高、温度高,打水泥塞时替量多,计量误差大,水泥塞侯凝时容易气侵等原因,常造成封堵失败。实践总结认为,对于不同流体性质的产层,采取不同的封堵工艺,可实现封堵成功。对于干层,替量准确,标准施工,可正常封堵;对于水层,可根据溢流量决定封堵方式;对于纯气层,在压井液中填砂后,打水泥塞,其厚度不小于40 m,实现永久封堵等。针对不同目的层段的封堵工艺进行了分析总结,为封堵工艺的施工提供了借鉴。 Because of high formation pressure, high temperature, big displacing mount when cement, big metering error, easy gas invasion when waiting on cement in gas field of Jilin oilfield, failure for cement always occurs. Practice proves that, to producing layer with different fluid property, various cement tech being taken makes true successful of cement. For un-flowing layer, accurate displacement, standard operation can conduct cement formally. For water layer, cementing type is determined by run-out capabilities. For pure nature gas layer, cement can be conducted after sanded to killing fluid that realizes plug forever when its thickness no less than 40 meters. Analysis for plug tech to different objective layer provides a reference for cementing operation.
