我院276例药品不良反应报告分析

The analysis of 276 ADR cases in our hospital

目的:分析总结近年来医院药品不良反应的发生情况,为临床合理用药及正确评价药品不良反应的发生提供参考。方法:对我院2006.08-2007.12.31收集的276例药品不良反应报表进行统计分析。结果:抗菌药物的ADR发生率最高,有161例,占58.33%;ADR的临床表现以皮肤系统损害最为常见,有159例,占57.61%,经过相应的治疗均恢复正常。结论:临床应根据患者具体情况,合理使用抗生素;联合用药应注意配伍禁忌;儿童使用中药注射剂应慎重。监测药品不良反应,预防药品不良反应的发生,是促进合理用药及保障用药安全的有效手段。

Objective： To analyze and summarize the ADR situation of our hospital in recent years in order to provide reference for the rational drug use and correctly evaluate the happening of ADR. Methods： The method was to analyze the report forms of the 276 ADR cases which coLlected from August 2006 to December 31. 2007. Results： The incidence rate of antibacterials＇ ADR was the highest, which was 161 cases, accounting for 58.33 percent. The dermal system damage was the most common on clinical situation of ADR, which was 159 cases, accounting for 57.61 percent. ALl the dermal damage recovered by proper treatments. Conclusion： CEPs was in the first place in the antibacterials which suggested the clinical doctors should use the antibiotics rationally, pay more attention to the chemical incompatibility in the drug joint use and be careful to use traditional chinese medicine parenteral in- jection on children. The clinical doctors must ask the patients＇ history of hypersensitiveness before using drug and observe carefully after administering in order to decrease the happening of the ADR. Monitoring and preventing ADR is the effective means to promote rational drug use and ensure safe drug use.
