我院门诊退费原因分析及评价

Evaluation and analysis of the reasons of the drug-withdraw in our out-patient clinic

目的:评价和分析我院门诊的退费原因。方法:整理并统计我院门诊药房2006年后半年的退费记录本及退药单。结果:我院门诊涉及退费事件的科室有21个,其中25.0%是因药品不良反应造成的退费,6.7%是因病情变化或死亡造成的退费。结论:我院应加强对相关科室及责任人的管理力度,提高对患者的医疗水平及服务技能。

Objective： Evaluate and analyze the reasons of the drug-withdraw in our out-patient clinic. Methods： Sort the records and receipts of drug-withdraw in our dispensary of the later half year in 2006. Results： The drug-withdraw events in our out-patient clinic involves twenty-one division, of with 25,0% results from adverse drug reaction and 6.7% from the changes of pathogenesis conversion and deaths. Conclusion： Our hospital should enhance the administration of the relative divisions and the chargers, and improve the medical treatment and service technology.
