摘要
桥梁结构安全监测已经成为日益关注的问题。本文对作者最新研发、应用在桥梁结构安全监测中的新型压力场挠度监测系统的性能进行流体动力学分析,应用大型流体专用有限元计算软件FLUENT计算连通管在模拟实际桥梁挠度产生的情形下,计算得到的各个监测点的压强值与其挠度的相关性。经分析发现,该系统利用压强变化是可以很精确地监测到挠度变化的,并且监测发生的比较慢、幅度比较小的挠度时精度更高,实际工程中使用的镀锌钢管的壁面粗糙度也不会影响管内流动及系统精度。
Bridge health monitoring has become a research emphasis. In this paper, the main purpose is to do some performance analysis for a new kind of hydraulic bridge deflection monitoring system, and plan to get the correlation between the pressure and the deflection under the real bridge condition with the help of the large fluid finite element calculation software FLUENT. It was found that the precision of this system is very high especially in monitoring slower frequency and smaller deflection, and the roughness of galvanized steel pipe don't influence the precision.
