摘要
提出以事故后果分析为基础,结合死亡概率模型,以事故可能造成的人员死亡数量为标准进行重大危险源分级的方法。对相关的危险化学品事故后果计算模型、死亡概率计算方法、重大危险源死亡人数计算方法以及重大危险源等级划分等进行了分析和研讨。该重大危险源分级法的应用实例表明,用其评价的重大危险源风险更加符合实际情况,具有更好的科学性。该研究成果对制定我国重大危险源分级标准具有重要意义。
According to researches about major hazard installation and national situation, the grade method about major hazard installation is put forward. This method, based on the analysis of accident consequence, takes into consideration the model of death possibility and uses death toll to classify the grade of major hazard installation. The calculation model of accident consequence, the calculation method for death possibility, the death toll calculation method and the grade criterion are stated and analyzed. This method is applied in one enterprise and the results show that this method is adoptable and scientific. This study is very helpful to the establishment of grade criterion of major hazard installation.
