The 21st century consumers call for the new forms of entertainment and leisure. They are no longer satisfied with passively watching pre-programmed TV shows and need more interaction, and what television media need to do is to give them the opportunities of such interaction. Interactive TV is the reform of television broadcasting by utilizing mobile communication networks and the Internet. At the same time, mobile and the Internet are also to integrate with television programmes. During Beijing 2008 Olympics, users can watch live games via TD-SCDMA cell phone. Streaming media service appears with the introduction of 3G. TD-SCDMA makes this luxury not long ago to become reality. Internet continuously overthrows traditional concepts. Youtube serves as a form through which customers share the Internet resources, which not only addressed the problems in playing video contents but also builds another model for making profits via advertisements. TV, mobile and Internet have advantages of their own respectively. It seems the 3 factors, dominating in their own fields in the past, are probably going to merge into one in the near future.
