385例妇女骨质疏松症相关因素的调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]了解本地区回汉族妇女原发性骨质疏松症的发病情况及其相关因素,以期为防治工作提供可靠依据。[方法]对在某院体检或就诊的20~60岁妇女进行相关因素的问卷调查,并进行骨量测定和骨代谢生化指标的测定。[结果]骨量丢失及骨质疏松的发生率随增龄而增高,回族妇女高于汉族,脑力劳动组高于体力劳动组;妇女的骨量测定值与年龄、初潮年龄、孕次、产次、喝茶年数、锻炼次数/周、骨碱性磷酸酶值等呈负相关,与绝经年龄呈正相关,差异均有统计学意义(P均﹤0.05)。[结论]认识骨质疏松的危险因素,可以从诸多方面及早进行干预,有效防治骨质疏松,预防骨折的发生。 [Objective] To explore the incidence and related factors of primary osteoporosis between Hui and Han women in native, to provide reliable proof for prophylaxis and treatment. [Methods] Investigated 20-60 years old women inour hospital with questionnaire about related factors, then detected their bone density (BD) and bone metabolic biochemical indicator (Ca, P, ALP-B). [Results] The incidence of osteoporosis and BD loss increased with age, the number in Hui was more than that in Han, that in mental worker group was more than in manual labor one. The value of BD negatively related to age, age of happening menarche, gravidity, parity, years of drinking tea, the number physical exercise per week, ALP-B level. The value of BD positively related to menopause age. The differences were both remarkable (P 〈 0.05). [Conclusion] Recognizing the risk factors of osteoporosis, preventing osteoporosis and fracture should be carried out for interfering these factors as soon as possible.
