泰州市2006年肺结核病人报告、转诊及追踪情况分析

ANALYSIS ON DETECTION,TRANSFER TREATMENT AND FOLLOW-UP TRACK STATUS OF TUBERCULOSIS CASES IN TAIZHOU IN 2006

[目的]了解和分析某市2006年肺结核病人报告、转诊及追踪情况,进一步提高肺结核病人的发现水平。[方法]将网络报告系统中报告的肺结核病例数、2006年中国结核病控制月报表、季报表、年报表相关数据、人口资料,输入电脑统计分析。[结果]2006年网络报告系统中的报告发病率(68.79/10万)高于结核病专报系统(63.46/10万),差异有统计学意义,但两个系统中涂阳与涂阴病例的报告发病率差异无统计学意义,未查痰病例的报告发病率差异有统计学意义;网络报告病例中转诊到位率63.3%,追踪率99.7%,追踪到位率68.1%,总体到位率88%。[结论]应进一步加强医疗机构和疾病预防控制机构在肺结核病人发现、转诊和追踪工作中的协调、管理和督查。

[Objective] In order to improve the level of detecting in advance on tuberculosis cases through investigating and analyzing the report, transfer treatment and follow-up track status of tuberculosis Cases in Taizhou in 2006. [Methods] Statistic analyzed tuberculosis cases reported by network system and conelated data, as well as population information on monthly, seasonal and annual national report forms in 2006. [Results] The reporting incidence rate of tubereulosis in network reporting system （68.79 of 100 thousand cases） was significantly higher than that in the special reporting system （63,46 of 100 thousand cases） . No siguificant difference in the reporting incidence rate was found for the smear positive or the smear negative cases between the two reporting systems, but their difference was significant for the non-smear cases. The accomplishment rate of transfer treatment was estimated to be 63.3%; the follow-up track rate and the accomplishment rate of follow-up track were 99.7% and 68.1%, respectively. In general, the accomplishment rate was 88.0%. [Conclusion] Our future work in medical institution and disease prevention and control institution should aim at the coordination, management and superintendence during the process of detection transfer treatment and follow-up track tuberculosis patients.
