我国新农村建设中社区志愿文化导向机制研究

On Mechanism of Voluntary Cultural Orientation in the Background of New Socialist Countryside in China

建设社会主义新农村,需要农村社区文化与社区外志愿服务文化的相容互促。农村社区作为志愿服务文化的时空载体,承载着志愿服务在新农村建设中的发展走向。在新农村建设中,志愿文化的和谐发展需要以农村社区为依托,从社区发展的角度进行政府推动、志愿主体协调、社区诱导,实现志愿文化主体、志愿文化客体、志愿文化载体的互动共进从而推动志愿服务事业的健康发展和社会的全面进步。

Building a new socialist countryside demands mutual compatibility and balance between the cultures of rural communities and voluntary service. Rural communities, as a cultural time vector, decide the direction of the volunteer services in the rural building. In the new rural construction, voluntary culture＇ s harmonious development is community-based, and should, from the view of the development of communities, build a system of government promotion, voluntary main coordination, and community involvement, so as to promote the healthy development of the cause of voluntary service and the overall social progress.
