摘要
教师技能培养是教师专业化发展的重要范畴,而教师职前教育是教师专业发展的基础阶段,在教师专业化发展的大背景下,研究教师技能在教师职前教育中的系统构建和实施是目前各个层次教师培养的重要教学环节。
Teacher skill cultivation is an important aspect of the teacher specialization, and the teacher preparation program is the basic stage of it. Therefore, the research on teacher skills is an necessary link of all degrees of teacher skill cultivation during the system building and enforcement under the teacher specialization background.
