摘要 武器装备需求分析是解决武器装备建设的有效性问题,明确目标武器装备价值是武器装备需求分析的前提。借鉴VFT思想,提出分析武器装备需求的一种新思路,以此提高武器装备需求分析质量。首先,分析武器装备需求的特点,引出武器装备需求体系的概念;与武器装备需求体系相对应,提出以"作战任务—功能指标—性能指标"为框架的武器装备需求价值模型,并给出武器装备需求描述模型;最后,提出基于价值分析武器装备需求的过程,给出了实施步骤。 The value is the precondition of equipment requirements analysis. There has been no mature model for expressing needs and expectations of people within the area of national defense until recently, which is the most important business in equipment requirements analysis. In Order to cope with these problems, an approach of analyzing equipment requirements based on VFT (Value-Focused Thinking) has been put forward in this paper. Firstly, characteristics of equipment requirements are analyzed, and the idea of equipment requirements system is presented. Secondly, value model of equipment requirements are distilled based on equipment requirements system. And the models used for describing equipment requirements are presented. Lastly, the paper puts forward with the process of analyzing equipment requirements based on value. The approach facilitates getting to the real equipment requirements. And it can serve as the guideline of modeling equipment requirements.
