摘要
C4ISR需求具有复杂、难沟通等特点,导致C4ISR需求开发难,本体能够使问题从某种程度上得以解决。首先介绍基于本体开发C4ISR需求的优势。然后分析本体在C4ISR需求开发各个阶段中能够提供的作用,设计C4ISR需求本体功能实现途径;而且,采用框架法设计、定义了C4ISR需求领域的元本体,通过重用、继承可以形成有序的知识网络,很大程度上澄清了C4ISR需求领域知识结构。最后对C4ISR需求开发方法进行讨论,说明基于本体开发C4ISR需求方法的有效性。
C^4ISR systems are developed for conquering dubious enemies under uncertain environments in the future. C^4ISR requirements are complex and special. Different people may comprehend and express them in quite different ways. And nowadays the result of C^4ISR requirements development is dissatisfactory. Ontology may solve the problem fitly. Firstly, the paper introduces the advantages which ontology can give. Secondly, the paper analyzes the effects provided that ontology was used in the phases of C^4ISR requirements development. And then, an approach for achieving the functions of ontology is designed. Thirdly, the paper presents ontology model in which meta-concepts are modeled in form of frame presentation lastly, the validity of the approach for developing C^4ISR requirements based on ontology is analyzed.
