平面五杆结构的优化设计

摘要 虚功准则法在结构优化设计中应用非常广泛,但虚功准则法不能考虑载荷对设计变量的导数,这样对外载包括自重及惯性载荷的结构优化效果不理想。采用AN SY S与导重准则法相结合的优化方法对平面五杆结构进行了优化,并与虚功准则法的优化结果进行了比较。实验结果证明了该方法的有效性和可行性。 The formula method of virtual work is often used in structure optimization design, but it is not good in structure optimization including deadweight and inertia load. The reason is that this method does not take account of differential coefficient load to variable. The optimization method of ANSYS uniting guide-weight method is used to optimize planar five bars structure and the optimization result is compared with the formula method of virtual work's. The method is proved effective and feasible by the experimental result.
