摘要
提出了串联结构可信度评估的基本步骤和功能分解的原则方法,并在一定的假设和工程应用允许的精度条件下,运用Peterson建模原理建立了具有系统级特征的复杂可维修串联系统的可信度模型,建立了串联结构的可信度计算公式。结合某自行火炮底盘系统,以6 000km样车试验数据为依据,计算出了某自行火炮在300 km机动任务剖面中底盘系统的可信度为0.920 6。
Putting forward principal steps and analyzing method of functional configuration for dependability estimation of serial structure. According to some assumptions and meeting permitting precision of engineering application, we apply Peterson's modeling principle to establish dependability model of complex maintain ability of serial structure which has the characteristic of system class and develop a calculation formula of the serial structure. Combining a certain kind of self-propelled gun chassis system, during a 300 km maneuver mission profile, the dependability calculation value of the self-propelled gun chassis system is 0. 920 6 based on 6 000 km prototype test data of the gun.
