摘要
以精己二酸和无水甲醇为原料,固体强酸树脂替代传统无机酸为催化剂,釜式深度酯化合成己二酸二甲酯,考察了反应时间、催化剂用量、原料醇酸摩尔比等因素对己二酸酯化转化率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。
Using fine adipic acid and anhydrous methanol as raw materials, selecting solid super acid resin instead of the traditional inorganic acid as the catalyst, dimethyl adipate is synthesized by esterification in reactor. The effect on transformation rate of adipic acid esterification by the reaction time, the amount of catalyst, molar ratio of methanol to adipic acid were analyzed, and the optimal reaction conditions were determined.
