摘要
通过用异烟酸—巴比妥酸分光光度法测定氰化物质控样,与标准方法异烟酸—吡唑啉酮分光光度法测定氰化物质控样进行对照,所测结果经统计学分析,两种方法无显著性差异,精密度、准确度等各项分析指标均符合分析标准。采用异烟酸—巴比妥酸分光光度法测定氰化物与异烟酸—吡唑啉酮分光光度法测定相比操作更简便快速,且显色条件易于控制,并能降低成本。
Method using isonicotinic acid-barbituric acid spectrophotometry to measure the cyanide in water was studied and compared with the standard method of isonicotinic acid- pyrazolone spectrophotometry. The results showed no statistically significant difference between the two methods. The precision, accuracy and other indexes all meet the analysis criteria. The isonicotinic acid - barbituric acid spcctrophotometry was easier to operate with lower cost, the conditions of colorimetry were easier to be controlled compared with those of isonicotinic acid - pyrazolone spectorphotometry.
