黄牛二层绒面革要求绒毛细致均匀,革身丰满,色泽一致及手感舒适。本论文叙述了从蓝湿皮到成品的加工过程的操作要点和质量要求,以及对生产工艺的探讨,尤其是复鞣、染色、填充、磨革。

Cattlehide split suede upper leather should be possessed of uniform fluff, fine leather,same color and comfortabel handle. In this paper, the processing keys and quality requirements in the operation procedures from wet blue to finished leather are described. And the production processes, especially the retannage, dyeing, filling and grind are also investigated.
