摘要 上世纪50年代初期出现的气相色谱法使挥发性、热稳定性组分的分离、分析发生了巨大的变化。它不仅使过去不能分离、分析的混合物的分析成为可能,而且分析时间大大缩短,分析结果更为准确可靠。40多年来,由于气相色谱在高效分离和检测方法等方面的不断发展,使其应用范围不断扩大,现已成为石油、化工、环境保护、食品、医药、法检、临床和超纯材料等领域中分离、分析的一种重要的、必不可少的手段。为了开拓新的应用领域,适应复杂、难挥发及不稳定样品的分析与测试,提高方法的灵敏度和可靠注,近年来气相色谱法在分离方法、联用技术、样品改性、浓缩、分离方法优化以及色谱专家系统等方面都取得了很大进展。 The gaseous phase chromatogram law that appeared in early 50s of last century makes the separation, analysis of volatility, hot stability component part change enormously. It not merely makes the analysis of the mixture that can't be separated, analysed in the past become possible, but also the analytical time be shortenned greatly. It is reliable that the analysis result is more accurate. For over 40 years, because of the constant development in such aspects as the high efficient separation and the detection method of the gaseous phase chromatogram, its range of application has expanded constantly. Gas Chromatography has already become an important meams petrol for separating and analysing petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, food, medicine, legal inspection, clinic, ultra pure material, etc. In order to open up the new application fields, meet the analysis and tests of the complicated, hard volatilizing and unstable samples and improve the method sensitivity and reliability, the progresses in separating methods, combined technology, sample modification, concentration, separation method optimization and chromatogram expert system, etc. have been already seen in recent years.
