摘要
当前农村基础教育课程改革中存在着诸多问题,表现为:教育管理人员认识存在偏差,管理措施不力;教师整体素质不容乐观,培训与教研不足;生源分布失衡,留守儿童增加;中、高考依旧,评价成"瓶颈";等问题。对此,应多管齐下,提高对农村课程改革的重视程度,并采取切实有效措施,多渠道提高农村教师的整体素质,增强评价机制改革的实效,促进城乡教育的平等对话。
Curriculum reform of rural elementary education is an important problem in rural education. But at present such there still exist some problems in thoughts and actions among the educational administrative personnel,teacher quality, students" situations and evaluation system. Based on this reality,we should pay more attention to the rural curriculum reform and take effective measures to enhance the whole quality of rural teachers in many ways, improve actual effect of evaluation mechanism reform, and strengthen the equal educational dialogue between town and country, and so forth.
