摘要
从香精油、果胶、天然色素、膳食纤维、黄酮类化合物和类柠檬苦素六个方面,综述了柑橘皮中功能性活性成分的研究现状,并对其极有价值的发展前景做了展望。
The bioactive compounds of the citrus peel are summarized from essential oils, pectin, natural dietary fiber, flavonoids and limonoids. And the application prospect of its function was put forward.
