添加W元素对Sm-Fe合金相组成及微观结构的影响 被引量:2

摘要 使用XRD,SEM,金相显微镜等手段研究了添加W元素对Sm-Fe合金相组成及微观结构的影响。结果表明:W元素的添加改善了Sm-Fe铸态合金的微观结构,有效地抑制了α-Fe的生成和长大,减少了铸锭中的富Sm相和α-Fe相等杂相含量,Sm-Fe-W合金均匀化热处理4h即可达到未加W元素的Sm-Fe合金均匀化热处理16h相同的效果。 The effect of adding W on the phase compositions and microstructure are systematically studied by X-ray diffraction technique, SEM and Metalloscopy etc. The result indicates that the addition of W can sufficiently improve microstructure of Sm-Fe alloy cast, inhibit the forming of Sm-rich and α-Fe, reduce the grain size, and shorten homogenization time from 16h to 4h.
