体力运动益于脑健康的神经生物学基础 被引量:1

摘要 越来越多的事实表明,体力运动不但可以健体,而且可以健脑,可有效提高认知功能、预防脑相关的疾病。文中就体力运动有益于脑健康,有效增强认知功能、改善情绪、预防脑相关疾病和老年性脑功能下降的大量临床研究和动物实验进行了综述;并进一步围绕中枢海马脑区,阐述了体力运动提高脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平和5-羟色胺系统功能的作用;强调指出,脑源性神经营养因子和5-羟色胺对学习记忆功能、神经突触可塑性、神经元发生和活性的正性作用,可能是体力运动有益于脑健康的主要神经生物学基础。
