摘要
采用OV-1701型大孔径毛细管柱对1,3-丙二醇发酵液中的醇类(乙醇、1,3-丙二醇、甘油)进行色谱分析测定。以1,6-己二醇作为内标,在柱温160℃、进样量0.2μL、分流比1∶60的测试条件下,精密度(RSD)均在2.4%以内,回收率均在98%以上,完成一次测试只需6 min,说明该测试方法准确而快速。
A wide bore capillary column OV-1701 was applied to determine the alcohols in the culture broth during microbial production of 1,3-propanediol. Using 1,6-hexanediol as internal standard, under the optimal conditions of GC at column temperature of 160℃ and sample size of 0.2μL and split ratio of 1：60,this method had a RSD of below 2.4% and a recovery of above 98%, and could be done within 6 min,this method was very accurate and quick.
