摘要 研究了以阳离子交换树脂作为催化剂进行反应精馏合成乙酸正丙酯,分别考察了不同回流比、酸醇摩尔比以及不同固体酸催化剂类型对酯化反应的影响,并结合工艺条件进行催化剂的筛选,确定反应的较佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,回流比为1∶2,酸醇摩尔比为1∶2,乙酸正丙酯的收率为51.49%。 The catalytic behaviors of cation exchange resin as catalysts on synthesizing n-propyl acetate by reactive distillation were studied. The influence of the reflux ratio, the mole ratio of acid with alcohol and various types of solid acid catalyst for esterification reactions was discussed, and integrating process conditions to screen catalysts. The better processes conditions of reaction was confirmed. The result of experiment indicates that the reflux ratio is 1 : 2, the mole ratio of acid to alcohol is 1 : 2, and the yield of n-pro- pyl acetate is 51.49%.
