摘要
以某公司拟建的采用辐射管加热的辊底式热处理炉为研究对象,在详细分析其传热机理的基础上,建立了炉内钢坯加热过程的二维传热数学模型。采用交替隐式格式的TDMA数值计算方法,开发出了采用辐射管加热的辊底式热处理炉钢坯加热过程二维传热模型计算机数值仿真系统,并进行了大量的数值仿真计算。所得结论为该公司即将开展的辊底式热处理炉模型优化控制奠定了坚实的理论基础。
Based on analyzing heat transfer mechanism in a roller-hearth furnace about to be created by a certain company, which is heated by radiant tube, a two-dimensional heat transfer mathematic model for slabs heating process was established. Then, computer numerical simu- lation system of slabs was developed, solved by TDMA numerical calculation method with alternative implicit pattern. Lots of numerical simulation calculations were done. Solutions from the simulation system lay theoretical foundation for on-line computer optimal control system of roller-hearth furnace, which will be put into operation.
