摘要
用原子吸收光谱火焰法测定茂兰喀斯特森林的9种植物叶片Ca浓度,并对不同树种的叶片Ca浓度进行了比较分析。结果显示:9种植物叶片Ca浓度分布在0.85%-3.83%之间,变幅较大;不同树种的叶片Ca浓度大小为:常绿阔叶树〉落叶阔叶树〉针叶树;同一树种不同个体间叶片钙浓度差异不大;不同部位的叶片钙浓度主要为:下部〉中部。
Calcium density of 9 kinds of plant leaves in Maolan karst forest were measured with the atom absorption spectrum method. At the same time, the analysis of the calcium density was carried out among different tree species. Results showed that calcium density of 9 kinds of plant leaves fluctuate widely, ranging from 0.85% to 3.83%. Main results are evergreen tree 〉 deciduous tree 〉 Conifer; fniddle part 〉 under part. A little difference exists among the calcium density of different trees respectively.
