摘要
目的:建立气相色谱法测定土壤中9种有机氯农药残留量的方法。方法:样品经有机溶剂超声提取,硫酸净化;OV-1701毛细管柱对9种有机氯农药进行分离,电子捕获检测器检测。结果:样品的平均回收率为84.7%~117.1%,RSD为3.36%-7.65%;所测定样品有机氯农药残留量均低于土壤环境质量标准(GB/T14550-93)。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确,可用于土壤中9种有机氯农药的测定。
Objective:To determine 9 organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in soil by gas chromatography with electron capture detector. Methods: Samples were extracted with organic solvent using supersonic fluid extraction. The extracts were cleaned up by concentrated H2SO4. The column was OV-1701 ( 30m×0.32 mm ×0.32μm). Results:The average recoveries were 84.7% -117.1% and RSD were 3. 36% - 7.65%. The OCPs of the soil are lower than environmental quality standard for soils ( GB/T 14550-93 ). Conclusions:This method is rapid, simple and accurate. It can be used to determine organochlorine pesticides in soils .
