摘要
分析研究了大体积混凝土裂缝的成因,提出了优选混凝土原材料、降低水泥水化热、减小混凝土收缩变形;削减温度应力,提高混凝土极限拉伸强度;降低混凝土骨料温度、入模温度、浇筑温度,加强测温工作控制内外温差;掺外加剂和外掺料,主动控制混凝土绝热温升等施工防裂技术措施,结合工程实例探讨了大体积混凝土施工裂缝控制技术。
This paper studies generation reason of deformation cracks in large bulk concrete and puts forward crack control technical measures, for example, optimizing the raw and processed materials of concrete ; reducing cement' s hydration heat, concrete' s dry shrinkage and temperature stress ; enhancing the critical tensile strength of concrete ; lowering the temperature of the concrete aggregate, modeling and depositing as well; strengthening temperature monitor and controling interior and exterior temperature differences;mixing with admixture and actively controling the adiabatic temperature rise of the concrete. Besides, this paper also combines with an actual project and probes into large bulk concrete's constructional cracks control.
