摘要
目的:制备能提高氢氯噻嗪溶解度的β-环糊精包合物。方法:用共沉淀法及超声法制备氢氯噻嗪-β-环糊精包合物,并经红外光谱法和显微镜观察法鉴定;用紫外分光光度法测定包合物含量及溶解度。结果:用2种制备方法均能形成氢氯噻嗪包合物,其中含量均为20%左右;氢氯噻嗪原料及其物理混合物、共沉淀包合物、超声包合物的溶解度分别为5.65、10.92、106.57、108.72μg·mL-1。结论:氢氯噻嗪与β-环糊精形成包合物后可以显著增加其溶解度。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare hydrochlorothiazide-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex (HCIC) which can enhance the dissolubility of hydrochlorothiazide. METHODS: The HCIC was prepared by coprecipitation method and ultrasonic method, and which was identified by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and microscopy. The content and dissolubility of the inclusion compound were determined by UV- spectrophotometry. RESULTS: The inclusion complex were successfully formed by the any of the above two technologies with contents all at about 20%. The dissolubilities of hydrochlorothiazide and its physical mixture, the inclusion complex by coprecipitation or ultrasonic method were 5.65, 10.92, 106.57, and 108.72μg · mL^-1, respectively. CONCLUSION: The dissolubility of the hydrochlorothiazide in inclusion complex could be markedly enhanced.
