摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定复方羟苯乙酯醇溶液中羟苯乙酯及羟苯甲酯含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Hypersil ODS,流动相为0.01mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾-甲醇-磷酸(50:50:0.4),检测波长为255nm,流速为8mL·min^-1进样量为20μL。结果:羟苯乙酯和羟苯甲酯检测浓度的线性范围分别为3.024-30.24(r=0.99997)、1.02210.22μg·mL^-1(r=0.99998);平均回收率分别为99.45%(RSD=0.48%)、99.67%(RSD=0.72%)。结论:本方法快速、准确、分离度好,可用于该制剂中2组分的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of the two components- ethylhydroxybenzoate(EH) and methylhydroxybenzoate(MH) in compound ethylparaben alcoholic solution. METHODS: The assay was conducted on a Hypersil ODS column with 0.01 mol ·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate - methanol - phosphoric acid (50 : 50 : 0.4) as mobile phase at a flow rave of 8 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was 255 nm and sample size was 20μL. RESULTS: The calibration curves were linear over the range from 3.024 to 30.24μg·mL^-1(r = 0.999 97) for EH, and from 1.022 to 10.22μg·mL^-1(r = 0.999 98) for MH. The average recoveries of EH and MH were 99.45% (RSD = 0.48% ) and 99.67% (RSD = 0.72% ), respectively. CONCLUSION: The HPLC method is simple, quick, accurate and well- separated, and it can be used for the simultaneously determination of MH and EH in compound ethylparaben alcoholic solution.
