基于虚拟样机技术的摩托车发动机安装角度研究

摘要 以摩托车发动机弹性系统的动力学模型为基础,以降低整车的振动为目标,通过调整摩托车发动机的安装角度,将发动机不平衡力调至车架承受力大或者对力不敏感的方向上,以此来减小摩托车的振动。基于ADAMS虚拟样机技术,建立了摩托车虚拟样机模型,在理论计算的基础上,通过虚拟样机技术对发动机的安装角度进行了优化设计。研究成果应用于实践,解决了某型摩托车的振动问题。 In order to solve effectively the vibration problem of motorcycle, the fixing angle of engines was adjusted based on dynamics model of elastic system of motorcycle engine. Thus the imbalance force can be adjusted to the part that can endure the great strength or in the direction of insensitivity for force of motorcycle shelf so as to reduce the vibration of motorcycle. The virtual prototyping model of motorcycle was established in ADAMS virtual prototyping technology. Optimal design of Fixing Angle was designed through virtual prototyping technology based on theoretical calculation. The study results can be used in practice and in light of the method proposed; the vibration problem of some kind of motorcycle has been solved.
