摘要
利用五气分析仪测量得到的过量空气系数值,给出了一种小型汽油机充量系数的测量和计算方法。用170F通用汽油机进行了试验验证,对影响测量精度的因素进行了分析,给出了使用这种测量方法的要点。本文提出的充量系数测量方法与直接测量进气量的方法相比,能在不改变汽油机进气系统的条件下进行,测量使用方便,易于在汽油机产品研发中推广使用。文中应用此方法对170F通用汽油机充量系数进行了分析,并给出提高汽油机充量系数的措施。
The coefficient of excess air is obtained by virtue of waste-gas analysis meter during emission detection process. This measurement and calculative method of the coefficient of excess air of small gasoline engine are presented. The experimental results are verified by 170F general gasoline engine, the factors affecting the accuracy are analyzed and the key-points of this method are introduced. Comparing with the traditional way of direct measuring of the intake air flow, this method doesnt need to modify the intake system, so it's convenient for measurement and easy to popularize in research and development. The coefficient of excess air of 170F general gasoline engine is investigated by this method and the measurement of increasing coefficient of excess air is discussed.
