摘要
本设计采用在线混合模式,即柴油机在特定工况下,利用电子控制单元发出的喷乙醇脉冲,使柴油和乙醇按最佳配比在混合腔内粗略混合,再由高压油泵喷入气缸燃烧,利用乙醇气化潜热值高的特点,降低最高燃烧温度,从而降低NOx排放,同时利用其含氧高的特点促进燃烧以降低碳烟排放。
This project adopts an online mixed model. In the specific engine operating conditions, the project uses the ethanol pulse emitted by the electronic control unit to make diesel oil and ethanol rough mixed by the best ratio in the mixing cavity. Then the mixture was injected into the cylinder combustion pressure pump. Ethanol has the gasification characteristic of high value that can reduce the maximum combustion temperature and NOx emissions. Using the characteristic of its high oxygen, we can reduce the soot emissions.
