摘要
本文用流动注射分析法研究了亚铁离子催化棓花青与过氧化氢的化学发光反应。利用这种化学发光反应测定铁,Fe(Ⅱ)的检出限为7.1×10^(11)g/ml,线性范围为10^(-9)~2×10^(-7)g/mlFe(Ⅱ)。方法的相对标准偏差为0.77%,分析速度可达到203样/小时。用本法测定水样中的痕量铁,结果令人满意。
In this paper a chemiluminscence rection of gallcyanin and hydrogen peroxide in presenceof Fe(II) as catalyst was studied by Flow injection analysis. Trace amount of iron can bedetermined,by this chemiluminscenc reaction, and this method has been used to detemine ironin water sample with a detection limit of 7.1×10^(-11) g/ml, a relative standard deviation of0.77% and a linear response range of 10^(-9) to 2×10^(-7)g/ml.
