摘要
针对面向加油站的油气回收处理装置实时测控系统的实际情况,选用了美国OPTO22公司SNAP I/O控制系统作为系统的软、硬件平台,在此平台基础上完成了系统控制与人机界面的软件编制开发工作.从实时测控系统的构成、硬件配置、软件设计和实现方法等方面讨论了基于OPTO22 SNAP I/O的油气回收处理装置实时测控系统.运行结果表明:该系统运行平稳,可靠性高,具有一定的推广价值.
A real time testing and control system for oil vapor recycling and processing device in petrol stations is presented. An OPTO22 SNAP I/O control system is chosen as the software and hardware platform. The software of the system control and the human-computer interface are developed. The system structure, configuration, control mode, software design and the realization method based on the OPTO22 SNAP I/O control system are discussed. Practical applications show that the system has high reliability.
